Did You Know? (Dastan and Jules)

Jules sat at her desk waiting for the lovely Dastan to arrive. She had something to tell him about his little Cerebus friend. She wanted to let him know about his little 'boyfriend' Aiden Harvey. She did not want him to overreact and take it out on Konan so she just sent him a letter saying she had something to tell him.

She walked over to the cabinet and opened a bottle of blood wine and poured them glasses. She sipped on hers as she waited, she also had to tell him about her new found half sister that recently came into their lives. She heard her office door open and turned around. " Hello Dastan, have a seat, there's some things I have to tell you." She said.

The one thing that Dastan hated about being the leader of the Vampire council was every time a Vampire needed to see him he had to go. He headed to the school and walked right into the building. He found Jules office with ease and didn't even knock, walked right in. "Well Jules, I thought you told me no sexual contact in your office." Dastan smirked being his normal self. "I also told you I am with Shay now and we can only have sex if he is here." Dastan could not help but laugh as he sat down. "So what is the problem you needed to see me?"

Jules turned around and rolled her eyes at Dastan. " I did. But that didn't stop you from trying now did it?" She asked with a smirk in return, she could recall many a times she had to tell him no and yet he still tried to get her to be 'adventurous' every now and than. " Yes I know you told me that. Shay seems like a nice kid, I'm happy for you Dastan." She said honestly and her smirk turned into a kind smile. " Oh? So either Shay likes to watch or he likes to participate, which is it?" She joked with a small laugh.

Jules grabbed a wine glass and offered it to Dastan. " You're little contract slave cerebus thing, Konan Martins, has a boyfriend. I didn't know if you knew that or not, oh, and i have a half sister." She said as she drank her whole bottle of wine in one gulp.

Dastan shrugged a little at her comments and then he could not help but laugh a little, "You can't blame a man for trying now can you?" Dastan questioned a little. Dastan could never understand why she had to be so business like all the time. "I love Shay very much, although I don't know why he wants to be with me." Dastan smirked, "Guess you would have to ask him."

Dastan could not help but laugh at her question because to be honest he was not sure what he would want to do. "Well I would hope he would want to join. He would be rather fun." Dastan admitted with a smile.

Dastan took the wine from her and took a sip, "Well that is interesting to know, I never hear anything other than Konan complaining about finishing the servant bond." Dastan stated as he took another sip. "Oh and you have a sister, so much fun."

Jules smiled softly and shook her head. " Nope." She answered, she didn't mean to sound so serious but that was a bit easier than being carefree sometimes. She sighed in wardly as she watched Dastan, she smiled softly at Dastan. " Because he loves you," Jules answered as though it were the most obvious thing in the world. " Maybe i will ask him." She added.

Jules giggled a bit. " It would be much more fun than if he joined in. Rather it be you him and i than us two and Lia." She said with a shudder, referring to the time Dastan had suggested something like that. " Maybe you should ask him which he would rather do." She said with a small innocent smile.

Jules nodded as she listened to him. " I saw him curled up to another student in the music classroom, Konan was literally hugged up to him like Aiden was a body pillow. Than when I tried to get Konan off him, he latched onto me and than I was stuck until Konan woke up." She said with a shake of her head, she grabbed her wine bottle and went to pour herself another glass. But when she went to pour only a drop of wine was left, she looked inside the bottle and huffed a bit. " Well damn." She muttered as she threw the empty bottle away. " Yep. She left a few minutes before you came. I think i had about five or six glasses in a row...maybe that's why i felt a small buzz." She joked with a laugh. " But anyway thought you'd like to know that Konan as a nice boyfriend." She added.

Dastan knew that Shay loved him and there are still a lot of things that the two of them had to finalize between the two of them so they can move on from where they are. “I will never understand why he loves me.” He admitted to Jules. “You know the type of man I am. I have never wanted to settle down. But Shay makes me change my mind and how to do things.” Dastan admitted.

Dastan smirked a little, “Well I know that we are going to need someone to be a carrier of our baby. Shay does want one.” Dastan commented, “It would be easier if we both slept with the person who was going to carrier our child.” Dastan said with a little hint in his voice. “I know he has been with other woman so I will talk to him.” He smirked.

Once their little flirting session over with it was back to discussing Konan and his little boyfriend. “Well I am just glad that he has finally found someone he can care about besides me.” Dastan admitted. “Konan has been by my side for a long time as you know, but he needed a man of his own.” He watched as she went to pour her whiskey only to find it empty. “Damn I hate when that happens.” He smirked as he pulled a bottle out of his coat he always wore. “This one on the other hand is full.”

Dastan poured them some of the whiskey and then sat back a little, “Well I am glad that he does and as soon as I figure out his species I can complete this bond he keeps bugging me for.”

Jules sat down in a chair as she listened to Dastan talk, he sounded like he was completely in love and that made her very happy. " He loves you for you. I'm glad Shay made you want to change your mind and actually settle down. I hope i can have what you two have one day." She sighed wistfully, she loved Anzi to death, he was one of her best friends, but they didn't love each other like that.

Jules listened and she smirked ever so slightly. " That's good, I'm glad Shay wants children, do you?" She asked out of curiosity. Her smirked widened a bit. " I hear the hints in your voice Dastan," she told him. " You know I'll do anything for you two. If that means you want me to carry your and Shay's child than I will do that happily." She said as her smirk turned into a smile.

Jules listened and she stood up as he produced a bottle of whiskey. " Wow you actually do come in handy." She joked with a laugh. " Yes Konan has been with you for a very long time. I'm glad he has a boyfriend too, I think Mr. Harvey is a very nice young man that Konan deserves." Jules said, she sat back down in her chair and watched him pour the whiskey into her glass. " Usually i never run out of wine, but I guess I there's always a first time." She joked as she took a slow sip of her whiskey.

" Bond? What bond?" She asked Dastan curiously, she had never heard Konan mention a bond. " Anyway, how've you been? Busy I assume with all of the council stuff." She commented.

Dastan knew that if anyone would understand his relationship with Shay it would be Juliette, even though sometimes Dastan was still in a dream world sometimes. “I know he loves me, sometimes I just don’t get what he sees in me.” He laughed a little. Dastan could not believe that Jules wished to be like them and Dastan shrugged a little, “I am not sure about that, he gets rather jealous of me really easy. No matter how much I try to convince him.” Dastan said as he played with some invisible lint on his pants.

Dastan looked at her when she asked him about the children and he was not sure what he wanted to say. He had never thought about children of his own until he got with Shay, “I want children with Shay and I know it will make him happy.” Dastan thought she would be a little harder to convince, but surprisingly she was going to be willing. The next part he was not sure how to ask her, the first part was easy. “He wants to create the baby the old fashion way. He wants the two of us to have sex with you.” He stated. “I can get a potion to ensure conception with both of our sperms.” Dastan blushed a little not believing they were having this discussion.

Dastan could not help but laugh at the look on her face when he produced the whiskey, “Hay I am more than just a pretty face you know.” Dastan smirked a little. “Konan has been faithful to me for a long time and when I lost Shay the first time he kind of kept me together.” He stated. “I never thought he had any attraction for me though.” He admitted. Dastan shook his head a little at the fact she ran out, but hay it happens, “We live a stressful life so a must have is always whiskey.” He laughed.

Dastan looked at her and sipped on his whiskey, “Konan explained it to me as a master/owner & slave/hound, bond.” Dastan told her. “I had to learn what he was first, and we handle that part so that is done.” He stated, but as for him it was a long story, “Sometimes I wonder if I should stop saving children because it always seems to bit me in the ass. Bust stress is always there no matter what.”

Jules shrugged, she was one of the few people who understood what Dastan and Shay had. She laughed a bit along with him. " I dunno, he sees the real you and loves you for it. Even though you can be a bit moody and have a terrible temper." She joked with a grin. " Eh. Shay just wants to make sure no hussies steal his man that's all, you are a bit of a babe magnet and you're a flirt if you didn't already know. So his jealousy is understandable, but he should give you a bit of trust and credit." She shrugged. " Still. I'd love to have what you two have. Unconditional, pure, sweet, true love." She said with a kind smile as she spun in her chair a bit.

Jules nodded as she listened to him, she could see the surprise in Dastan's eyes that she agreed so willingly. " Such confidence you have in me Dastan. Did you honestly think I would be that hard to convince?" She asked with a smirk. Jules blinked at what Dastan had just said, she was very confused but she giggled at the blush on Dastan's face. " Er... How.... Uh... I don't want to know it'll only make my head hurt." She said, she had a feeling she knew how it would work, but she had never had a threesome with two guys before. " Alright, I'll do it." She said with a nod. " By the way, you look cute when you blush." She added with a giggle.

Jules laughed a bit and she listened to him. " Well, Konan is angry at me because I believe that he and Aiden are a cute couple. So I've been avoiding him lately. He has been a very good student even though he doesn't want to be here." She said with a shrug and she sipped on her whiskey, she laughed a bit. " Yes dealing with my family and the students requires some whiskey every now and than." She agreed with a nod. " I don't think Konan has any attraction to you. Maybe a puppy dog crush, but that's about it." She shrugged.

Jules listened to him. " Ah. That explains a bit." She said when Dastan explained to her about the master/hound deal. " You shouldn't stop saving children even if it bites you in the ass. Why do you think you should stop other than that reason?" She asked him. " That is true. Too bad we can't fake our deaths and run away from all the stress." She joked with a small chuckle.

He knew Jules had a point and no one would truly understand why Shay loved him and put up with him the way he did. Dastan loved Shay with everything he had and he assumed Shay felt the same about him. Listen to Jules, someone on the outside he knew for sure Shay’s feelings. “We know this already and I can’t help it that flirting is part of my nature.” Dastan sighed, “But it’s not like I am going to go home with any of them. But his jealousy gets old.” Sighing once again. “I am sure someday you will find someone.” He commented to her.

Dastan looked at Jules for a moment and shook his head, “It is not that I thought you would say no.” Dastan admitted. “Do you know how weird it is to come up to someone and ask them to have sex with you and your boyfriend to make a baby?” Dastan asked her while he twirled the ooze in the glass. Dastan could tell she was not ready for details, but he thought the hardest part was over and he was glad she would do it and now he could let Shay know that she was on board. “You don’t have to worry about any of the costs because I will pay for everything.” When she talked about the blush he had he grabbed the pillow off the chair and threw it at her.

Dastan nodded his head a little because he understood all too well about pissing off Konan because he had done that himself a few times. “Konan is currently irritated with me too so we are even.” Dastan smirked. “Dealing with your family requires a few pints every day.” He said with a laugh, “I am not sure I agree with you on that, well maybe now, but not in the beginning.”

Dastan listened to her and he knew he would never stop saving children because no matter what that was always his one weakness. “Who said we can’t fake our deaths and run off together?” He asked with a smirk. Not that he would ever leave Shay because he would have to come too.

Jules giggled a bit. " Yes we know flirting is in your nature. I imagine so, have you told Shay? Or do you want me to talk to him?" She asked, she was probably one of the few people who knew that Shay loved Dastan with all his heart and vice versa. She got up and patted Dastan on the shoulder. " No sighing. It doesn't flatter you at all." She said with a giggle, she nodded when he commented on her finding someone. " I know."

Jules giggled. " To be honest this isn't the weirdest conversation I've had. My sisters and I have had much weirder ones, some that had a little too much information." She said with a wince, remembering some very disturbing memories. " But luckily you have a friend like me that isn't embarrassing you and making it worse." She said with a smirk as she sipped on her drink before setting it down on the small coffee table that was in front of them. Jules frowned at him. " What costs? You know I can pay for the costs Dastan. I have more than enough money. Sometimes i have so much i don't know what to do with it." She grinned. When he threw a pillow at her, Jules's smile only widened. " Owww! Help I was just assaulted! Help!" She said as she tried to smother laughter.

Jules frowned. " Why is he irritated with you now?" She asked as she turned to look at him. She smirked. " Heh. Ain't that the truth?" She muttered as she sipped her wine again. " What do you mean?" She asked with a frown. " You believe Konan has a puppy dog crush on you now?" She added.

Jules smirked widened. " Shay. You would have to bring him with us because I know you wouldn't be able to leave him." She said as she sat back in her chair.

Dastan knew it would not be a good idea for Jules to talk to Shay because Shay would probably take that wrong too. He knew he would just need to talk to him about it to keep him calm. “No, its ok I have to grow balls sometime.” He laughed, “Even if he is going to rip them off later.” Dastan laughed a little at her sighing comments, but then only around Jules could he be himself. Well Shay, her, and the rest of the family.

Dastan could not believe she didn’t think this was a weird conversation because he never in a million years had ever dreamt of talking about having children with anyone. Of course he always seemed to adopt wayward vampires into his clan. “Yes, I am very glad for a friend like you.” He smiled, “I know you have the money Juliette, but this is Shay and I’s child so we should pay for everything.” He stated firmly, “I mean if Shay was carrying the child we would be paying the cost.”

Dastan laughed at her reaction when he through the pillow at her and when she started yelled for help he through another one at her. “Please who is going to come save you?” He asked with a quirk of his eyebrow. “We are all alone and you are at my mercy.” He said with a evil laugh and started to rub his hands together as he acted like he was going to get up

Dastan was enjoying the lighter conversation they had been having, but yet Konan was a part of their life too and had been a long time. “I got a little upset over something he said and I actually smacked him. I really did not mean to hit him, he just wouldn’t shut up.” Dastan sighed knowing he had never hurt him before. Dastan shook his head, “No I mean at one time he had a crush, I don’t think he does now. Not since Shay and I created out bond.” He stated.

Dastan sighed, “Yeah we would have to bring him because he would find us if we didn’t.” He laughed, “Between Konan and him they can always find me.”

Jules nodded in agreement. " Yes you do. Maybe now you will finally grow up and deal with things like the big boy that you are." She said the last bit in a baby voice and patted Dastan on the head with a small laugh. She laughed again. " I wouldn't put it past Shay to do that." She added with a giggle. " Its been so long since I've seen you be yourself, its nice and refreshing." She added as she leaned her head against the top of the chair and looked at him, she knew not many people saw this side of him except her, his family, and Shay.

Jules could see the bewilderment on his face when she told him this wasn't the weirdest conversation she's ever had. She sipped a bit of whiskey as she looked at him. Jules smirked a bit. " You'd be lost without a friend like me." She joked. She listened to him and she rolled her eyes. " That may be, but last I checked men cannot have children. What was it a friend told me why men can't have children? Oh yeah. One, because men are such babies they wouldn't be able to handle the pain. Second, the obvious reason as they don't have a womb and all that stuff. Three, it would be like pushing a bowling ball through a water hose." She said with a small laugh. " And since i will be going through all of that I should at least be paying half the cost." She added, she was a very very stubborn woman when it came to things.

Jules laughed as he threw another pillow at her. She shrugged. " I dunno, Isabella, Freya, if the other students value their lives they'll come save their headmistress." She said and she went to act like she would move back. " Oh yeah? But you love me too much remember? Otherwise you would have discarded me years ago, and you always did say you liked me the most out of all your..girls." She added as she went to move back if Dastan went to stand up.

Jules blinked when Dastan told her he smacked Konan. " You...hit Konan? What could he have possibly said to have made you that angry?" She asked with a quirked eye brow, she knew Dastan would not have done that unless Konan pushed a serious button and just kept pushing it. " Mmm." She said with a nod when he spoke some more.

Jules giggled at his comment. " True. Ah well. We can always dream about faking our death and running away." She said with a sigh and a small smile on her face.

Dastan just smirked and looked at Jules and didn’t really want to admit to anything she was saying about him. He had his moods once in awhile, “You’re so funny Jules. Why should I act like a big boy? Maybe you can breast feed me since I am still a baby.” He said with a laugh. “Oh there is many things Shay can and has done to me.” He laughed again then at her observation he just shrugged a little, “Since Shay is back in my laugh, my life has gotten better.” He said with a smile as he thought about Shay.

Dastan sipped on his whiskey and nodded in agreement with her because she was right. Even though the sisters got on his nerve once in awhile he loved each one of them in his own way. “Jules we have known each other for a long time and it would be rather lonely without you around to put me in my place.” He smirked then started to laugh. “Oh you are so funny; I can tolerate pain extremely well. Besides I would just have it caesarian.” He laughed.

Dastan smirked and stood up a little and moved towards her, “Hmm, do you really think any of them would stand a chance against me?” He laughed moving closer to her as she backed up towards the wall. “Oh love you always I will. Think of you more as a sister now than a lover.” He said as he grabbed a pillow and pinned her in a corner, “Well now what are you going to do?” He laughed and smacked her with the pillow.

Dastan sighed a moment and wished he would have just kept playing their game, “He was pushing my buttons about something I can’t even remember now. I felt so bad now. I am sure it was an issue about Shay and he just kept going and going and wouldn’t shut up and I wasn’t in the mood to listen to it.” Dastan sighed and then smile, “That is always a possibility. Anyone know that we aren’t vampires?” He questioned.

Jules looked at him. " Ha ha very funny Dastan. I'm just saying you have your moods and moments where you act like a baby. I wouldn't breast feed you even if you paid me." She said with a smirk, which only widened and got mischievous at Dastan's next comment. " Ooh kinky." She said knowing that was not what he had meant but she couldn't help it. Her smirk turned it a smile. " I'm glad. It's nice to finally see you happy again." She added as she placed her chin in her palm.

Jules knew she and her sisters got on Dastan's nerves every once in a while, but they all cared about each other in one way or another. She smirked before sipping her drink again. " Yes I thought so too. Good thing I don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon." She said with a giggle. " Well you just think of everything don't you. I'd love to see you go through the pain of child birth, I would pay to see it, that, from what I've heard, is the most excruciating pain you will ever go through in your life. Which terrifies me, but it'd be worth it." She shrugged as she sipped her drink again.

Jules got up and backed away from Dastan. " Some of the kids might stand a chance, you don't hurt kids remember Dastan." She reminded him as she moved back, she felt her back hit the wall and knew she was cornered. " Aww. Luckily I feel the same way." She blinked. " Uhhh.... Give you my saddest most adorable irresistible kitty eyes?" She asked as she gave him said eye before he smacked her with the pillow. " Help! I'm being attacked! Help help! Somebody help me, I'm being amuse- I mean abused!" She said between laughter almost saying amused instead of abused, which is what was happening, she was having fun and it amused her.

Jules sighed a bit and listened to him. " Well, it's understandable why you did it. But did you at least apologize to him?" She asked as she slipped the pillow out of his hands and began hitting him with it instead and she laugh like a maniac. " Hahaha!! Now who's gonna save you huh?" She asked as she started hitting him. She smiled and shrugged. " Hmm, I dunno, maybe a lot of people." She commented before hitting him again.

Dastan could not help but laugh and stick his tongue out at Jules, still being in a rather playful mood. “Well you my dear are just no fun.” Dastan stated with a little pout and then smirked at her next comment, “That’s the way you like me if memory serves me correctly.” Dastan could not agree with her more because he liked being happy again, at least with his friends.

Dastan was still smiling at her as they talked about having babies and the pain involved and he would never go through that no matter what the choices were. If it ever happened they better knock him out before the c-section ever happened. “Well don’t worry I will be with you the whole time. I might even allow you to break some fingers.” He smiled.

Out of all the sisters he had to admit that Jules was his favorite, not that he would tell any of the others one that. Dastan could not help but laugh a little as he played around with Juls today. “Nope, I don’t think that is going to work this time my dear.” He smirked and then hit her again with the pillow. He laughed and looked around the room, “Do you really think someone is going to help you when they find out it’s me?” He asked then gave an evil laugh.

“Of course I did don’t be silly.” Dastan said in his defense, “I felt really bad about it.” It was when he dropped his guard a little she stole his pillow so she started to hit him with it. “I am very capable of saving myself thank you.” He said and the grabbed the pillow and her and started to tickle her. “Hmm, what do you think now?”

Jules stuck her tongue out right back at him, she was also in a very playful mood. " Hey I am fun! Just not the kind of fun you like or want." She said with a smirk, she giggled a bit at him. " Yes I do love you that way, that was one of your better qualities I loved so much all those years ago." She said with a soft smile, at one point many years ago she did fall in love with Dastan, but that love turned into a sibling love and fondness, much like it did with Anzi.

Jules couldn't help but have a big smile on her face, mostly from the mental pictures she was getting of Dastan trying to give natural birth to children. But she knew he wouldn't actually ever go through that, he'd have someone else go through it for him. If it ever (in a million years) happened, She'd probably have to knock him out with a sledge hammer. " I'm glad you'll be there," she said honestly. " who said you had a choice whether I broke some of your fingers or not?" She asked him with a teasing smirk, inside she was completely honest, she would break all of his fingers whether he wanted her too or not, they would heal in a couple hours.

Jules knew she was Dastans favorite, although her sisters claimed that they were his favorite. She never said anything and kept it to herself the entire time. Jules tried to avoid him hitting her with the pillow but was unsuccessful. " It was worth a shot." She pouted playfully and very cutely. " Yes! The guards, i can easily tell them that you're a shapeshifter impersonating the Council leader and that you're trying to kill me." She said with a evil laugh of her own.

Jules nodded and held her hands up. " Alright. I figured you had I just wanted to make sure." She told him before hitting him with the pillow. " Hey! Thats cheating no tickling!" She said between giggles, she was trying to act serious but was completely failing.
