Jasper grew up in the most dysfunctional household, his father would beat his mother senseless than he would turn to him and beat him every night. This went on until he hit 17 and began fighting back using his new found powers, his mother never did a thing to help him when his father would beat him, but he would never lay a hand on a woman. So he simply left them and lived on his own.

He moved to England at the age of 26 where he met Storm Farron, who's house hold was much like his own, they had a small fling when she was a witch for hire. But she dropped off the face of the earth never to be seen again, so he assumed she had died, but she secretly left him a note breaking off their 'relationship' he didn't care. She was just another lay to him. Even though in his heart she was more than that.

But, after a few years, Jasper saw her again when he became a doctor at St. Mercy's and she had come in with some injuries. He felt some old feelings rise to the surface but he just kept them hidden, he will do anything to make her happy and too keep her close. Only if that damn Cydrao Velmont would disappear, maybe he would have a chance at her, but it seems that most of everyone knew of Cy the Spy and Storm's... Relationship, including himself, he just needed to find some way to have Storm as his.
