The Taylors were your picture perfect American family, growing up with his twin brother Cameron; Clayton had everything he could ask for. Family nights on Sundays and baseball practices on Saturdays. It wasn't until he discovered that he was in love with his identical twin brother is when the family started getting rocky and tense. He discovered it around his freshmen year in high school when all of his buddies started getting girlfriends and all he could think about was his brother.

They told each other how they felt near the end of their first year in high school and from then on started to act on it. In their junior year their parents had grown suspicious of the two but hadnt said anything. Until their mother walked in on them kissing in a way that wasnt brotherly. She agreed to keep their secret from their father but insisted that they changed who they were and see different people.

After the twins graduated from high school some major events happened and one of them involved the death of their parents. A tragic car accident, Clayton was in the car as well. He blown off baseball practice and gotten into a fist fight with one of his team mates and his parents were called to come pick him up. A car swerved into their lane and sent the family flying into a building. Clayton escaped with a mere broken arm, nose and bleeding out of his head. He tried to get his parents out but instead saw his fathers last breath before the car exploded.

He used his dormant magical talent to stop the flames but it was too late. He now knew that he couldn't bring back his parents and he was a freak of nature. Little did he know that witches were children of nature and his powers were endless. He went home and discovered his brother had the power as well. One of his least favorite moments was telling his brother that their parents were dead. They heard of a university for creatures and people just like them and they vowed after a year of two of witchcraft practice to go peruse it to see if there would be a way to revive their parents.
