When she was first born her biological parents gave her up for adoption because she wasn't their golden child. They only expected to have one child but ended up with her who they considered to be a mistake. When they found out she wasn't worthy enough to be their daughter they disposed of her and she was raised to be evil. Her new parents taught her all the badest things in the world and she couldn't picture her life without her parents.

When she was the age of 10, her adoptive parents told her all about her really family and why they didn't want her. Ever since then the evil inside her has grown into hatred and she wants her biological parents dead along with her twin sister Thana Semele. She didn't understand what was so great about Thana that wanted her parents to keep her and not Vasilisa, but ever since then she has gotten stronger in her magic and her fighting and was ready to come face to face with her other family.
