The Day We Met (David and Tabi)

David had thought it would be just a normal day at the market for him, he was out of Uni for the day and was now just wandering around enjoying his freedom. His mother had been worried because he hadn't found himself a girlfriend yet while every of his friends had. He wasn't worried about it though, he'd find the one when he found it. There was no point in rushing it. He just wanted to take his time with it, while his mother always told him 'I want grandkids before I die. I want you graduated and married first though.' He couldn't help but chuckle at the thought.

David had his hands in his jean pockets as he walked, he really didn't see anything in the market that had caught his eye. At least not yet anyway. He than walked by a shop and suddenly stopped, his eyes widened, the entire world seemed to just stop and melt away. He had stopped in his tracks and just stared at the beautiful blond girl that seemed to be shopping. He felt a gravitational pull towards her, he felt like his insides were on fire, all he wanted to do was be with her. Make her smile. Make her laugh. Please her in anyway. ' Oh god, now I know what the guys meant when they said it felt like your soulmate was keeping your feet on the ground. Not Gravity' He thought.

David watched her from afar at first, when she moved, he moved. He walked up to the next shop and stood a few feet away from her, watching her, making sure no one would try to hurt her. He may've looked stupid just staring at her, well, more like he looked like a complete creep. But he didn't care, even though he didn't know her name or what she was like, he just wanted to be around her all the time.

Tabi had been on her own for a year now and she still was unsure what to do with herself. She had been a werewolf for only a couple of years at the time and was still trying to understand what it meant for her. She was still having trouble adjusting to being on her own, even though she had been able to manage. When she moved to Romania she was hoping she could leave the nightmares behind her, but she never could quite get rid of them. She just made it one day at a time in the hopes that maybe she would find the one place she belonged.

It was her day off from the apothecary and she thought a trip through the local market place. She had gone from store to store buy a few things and wander around. Suddenly while she was in the shop she got this strange feeling or pull she had never felt before. When she looked up trying to figure it out she found a pair of eyes looking directly at her. She froze for a moment just staring back at him and she felt a blush creep up her face then released the look and went back to shopping. She moved from one shop to another wondering why she kept having this feeling that she needed to talk to him.

These were stupid feelings she was having and she did not understand because Gegor never taught her anything about mating, love, or soul mates so these were things she did not know anything about. So she would not know that was what these feelings were all about. Love was for fools Gegor always told her. So she brushed it off a little once again moving to the next shop in the market. She actually found herself looking around for the man she just saw. This was crazy, why did she have the need to find this guy. Looking around she found him again looking at her, but she tried not to make it look like she was looking at him.

David shook his head and saw the beautiful girl looking back at him. He blinked in disbelief, he looked around and made sure she wasn't staring at anyone else, when he saw no one he smiled a bit. He saw a blush creep up her cheeks and he thought it made her look much cuter than she already was, he watched her look away and felt like he had been punched in the gut. Did he do something wrong? He wasn't sure, so he began to follow her to the other shop, and the other shop, than the next one.

He would stand a few feet away from her as she shopped, he would buy a couple of small things at the store so he didn't seem like he was just standing there, he tried to make it look like a coincide that they happened to go to the same store. David than wondered why she tried to look like she wasn't watching him when she clearly was, it made him smirk a bit. This was turning into a fun game.

David than made sure she would loose sight of him at the next shop, he went down an alley way. He stood there until he saw her looking at him, he chuckled softly too himself, he watched her look for him and it was very amusing. When her back was turned he walked up silently behind her, but she turned around and dropped all the things she was carrying. He smiled and helped her pick all the things up. " Were you looking for me?" He asked with a small smirk on his lips.
