The O'Steen's are a long line of hunters and when Nick hit a certain age he was trained to become a hunter as well. He loves hunting creatures that do something wrong. It brings Nick closer to who he really is and his ability saves him every time. He got his gift from his grandfather and couldn't thank mother nature more since now he can sense when danger is near.
