Nikki was born to Carla and Roddick Blackstone. Her parents loved each other when they first met but after being married for five years the love began to fade and they began to dislike each other. They began to argue constantly but stayed together for the sake of Nikki. Nikki hated the arguing and wished they would have gotten divorced so they would both have been happier.

When Nikki's family moved to Romania they lived across the street from the Conrad's. She met the three Conrad kids and loved each one as her own siblings, except for David, she fell head over heels in love with him. They dated from the age of 13-15. She had planned on escaping with David and leaving her family, but the night they were going to leave she got into a car accident with a drunk driver and rolled her car. She died a few minutes later at a hospital.
